You're having a hard time finding a home that you like?
You're ready to have your forever home so you want it exactly how you want it?
Or maybe you just like the NEWNESS a new construction brings to the table?
New construction is a great option and can be very rewarding at the end of the day. You get the home you want and you get to pick out everything throughout the process.
It's EASY right?
Hmmmm....... I would tell you that builders that do it every day do it well and have a process they follow which makes it seem easy enough. However, there are always hurdles in the way. It might be weather related - And it WILL be weather related if you're building in January. Maybe the next step is getting a phase inspection done, and the inspectors schedule is booked out? Or maybe the materials you need for the next step will take 12 weeks to be delivered.
